Registrations

Registrations are closed

Unfortunately, there are currently no more places available at QCTiP2025. Registrations took place on a “first come, first served” basis, but presenters of accepted talks were given priority.

Conference fees

Regular fee: 550 Euro

Student fee: 350 Euro

Participants can cancel their registration up to 31 days before the conference and their fee will be reimbursed, apart for a 5% processing cost. For later cancellations fees will not be reimbursed.

Conference fees are payable by credit card or bank transfer.

Students will be asked to provide a proof of their student status during the registration process (student ID, enrollment certificate, screenshot of university intranet showing student status…).
